FAQ’s

No, according to the Ontario Food Premises Reference Document, 2019, the only low-
temperature commercial dishwashers must use sanitizer.
If it is a high-temperature dishwasher that general wash works in a range of 60°c-71°c, rinse wash is not lower than 82°c and is applied for a minimum of 10 seconds in each cycle. you don’t have to use sanitizer.
